28% of Real Estate Buyers Paid Cash in 2010

According to NAR 28% of buyers paid cash in 2010 for their real estate purchase.

Like most agents, top producers utilize their expertise to help their clients make good decisions when investing in real estate.  They continuously search for new ways to add value to their clients.  Top producers see their cup half full rather than half empty when it comes to the real estate business. This strong belief in the benefits of homeownership helps buyers with confidence when making important lifestyle decisions. Thanks Wall Street Journal for this video.

How Top Real Estate Pros Use Evernote

Evernote is amazing on both my iPhone and my PC. You can create a file for each of your listings and all of your buyers. When on an appointment simply voice record notes and send memos to the appropriate file from your smartphone. Snap a photo and do the same. Watch this video to learn how to save business cards.

The great thing about Evernote is how easy everything syncs. I like being able to send multiple photos and text notes to my PC files from my iPhone. They even give you an email address to forward docs, notes and photos from your email inbox directly into Evernote. You can carry your files with you at all times. The bookmarklet on the toolbar to add web content and PDFs is the best. Did I mention it is free? Real Estate Coach Carol Mazur

What Do Real Estate Top Producers Tell Everyone?

This Matthew Ferry Video is 2:38 seconds and features a past Mike Ferry coached agent that made 100 contacts a day every day for 10 years. No, that is not the number of dials.  Yes, he called and spoke to 100 people a day!  He made over a million dollars selling real estate.

Now this millionaire top producer manifests rather than dialing the phone. He tells everyone what he is hoping to manifest. Both methods have worked for him. What do you think?
